"I would never stay here again . The employees are rude . I had a live cockroach in my bed and all they offered was to move my room. Hot water only lasted less than five minutes. You get what you pay for."
"Usually stay at this hotel once or twice a year due to its location, price, and availability. The rooms are good for spending the night in and within my price range. Have never had an issue. Management seems to be on top of it. I spoke with Nancy when I had a small issue with a room adjacent to mine (smoker). She handled it professionally and expeditiously."
"If I could give a negative number I would. Horrible. The reviews are correct. They will steal your deposit and not give a valid reason. They tried to say my wife and I smoked cigarettes in the room. Neither one of us smokes. We checked in about 1 am went to sleep woke up, showered well my wife did, after her 5 minutes showering I had no hot water. Then we checked out. The hallway smelled like smoke that morning and my wife informed a cleaning lady who ignored her. Nancy the manager is extremely rude and said her gm noted evidence of cigarette smoking. Again I explained we don’t smoke. I’m also 40 so past hotel Smoking lol. When I asked what evidence Nancy told me no notes where left. Just it smelled like smoke in the hallway. We had to file a police report. I asked red roof when I filed the first complaint with them that if we smoked wouldn’t the smoke alarm go off? They wouldn’t answer. So not only do they steal from you but they also have non working smoke detectors apparently. Safety for customers is not a concern. Also the guy at the front desk tried to say we had to pay two deposits since the reservation was in my wife’s name and I was staying in the same room. We told the guy absolutely not do we authorize that due to never hearing of a hotel charging two deposits for a married couple staying in the same room lmao. He went ahead and charged twice. One in the amount of $100 then the second for $150. We told him we wouldn’t sign the receipt due to the in accuracy. The guy was rude and said if we didn’t sign it we couldn’t stay here. He then said the one would come off within 48 hours since it was an error when I called him out. When we never received the deposit or that return we had called and that’s when we spoke to rude Nancy. Actually, we first called corporate to try and have them handle it and they said it’s a hotel by hotel policy and it would be up to that specific hotel to refund."
"This is probably the best, budget friendly hotel I have ever stayed at! It was very clean, very quiet, and the front desk clerks were very nice and courteous. Everything worked as it should, and the price was extremely fair. The only downfall is that the entrance to the parking lot is hard to find because it is located at the very back of a shopping plaza, and there is no signage displayed to direct people to the entrance, and there was no lighting along the entrance, so you are not able to see it. It was very hard to find at night, so we drove in circles around the hotel and down the highway at 3am in attempt to locate the entrance. Beside that minor inconvenience, I highly recommend this hotel, and I would absolutely stay here again (especially now that I know where the entrance is)!"
"Stayed in town for my companies Christmas Party to avoid driving back home to New Jersey. Looks like it went through some updating... was informed about the accidental fee of $150 and that they would be doing work on the room doors due to updating the card readers... The room was perfectly clean No Bugs,No Stench,Especially No Dead Bodies Etc.... (Google reviews were horrible).. My bed was a bit soft, but I was only staying the night, so it served its purpose. The shower had great hot water & pressure. The only issue I had, which wasn't a big deal, was that the heating fan was a little loud whenever it turned on from the Auto mode. So I just shut it off and left it on fan mode..."
