"Beautiful fully renovated apartment, very spacious and clean. A secure building, very pleased that I chose to live here. Love having the convenience of the Lawrence Park shopping center, many popular stores are so close by."
"They are very nice apartments but find the rent to be very very high and I've heard some complaints about repairs and a little bit of flooding on the first floor apartments. I also feel the rancors up substantially every year."
"This is a great apartment community. It's very quiet, the tenants are nice, and the office staff and maintenance go above and beyond in addressing concerns. The location is very convenient. The only issue I've observed is ensuring that parking guidelines are being adhered to"
"Well-maintained property and best value for your buck in Delaware County. The office staff is wonderful and the maintenance team is responsive and capable. Love the community events from time to time, and proud to be a resident here. Thanks. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings"
"By far the worst apartment community I’ve ever lived in (complete dump). I’ve been here three years and it was filled of pest issues (sprickets, slugs, earwigs) you name it. Be prepared to wait over a week to get any extermination if you have an issue. There is no drainage if you are on lower floor facing courtyard with patio area. When it rains your back patio space will be flooded and a host for every bug in the world. I should of identified a red flag the first week I moved in and was “required to submit a sample of my dog’s stool” to help office manager identify if it was my pets which would be subject to a fine. Did I do it NOO. I’m capable of cleaning up after my pet and least of their worries being that everyone else never cleans up after there’s. That was a scare tactic and not appropriate being that there are far worse concerns to focus on… The maintenance team is unprofessional and certain employees have looked completely impaired. The laundry room is next to a tenant who smokes weed and when complained about the office manager stated “they have their medical marijuana card but I can still say something to address it” as if to justify that. Who wants their clothes reeking of marijuana each week? Not me but nothing was done or will be done. The laundry room is a common area too shared by multiple tenants. Bathroom vents also bring in tons of weed smoke from other rooms. The hallways always smell of it and worst of all the carpets have been here for decades. They are a breeding ground for dirt and stench. My carpets were never replaced (had been there about 6 years including the time I have been there and still could not get anyone to come replace them. Yet I’m sure my security deposit will be swallowed because that’s all they care about is your money not your happiness or peace of mind. Rent continues to increase as the quality gets worse and worse. Be prepared if a blind falls to have a single one taped up by maintenance or a single one (discoloured) to replace it. Instead of a new replacement. There was also a patch on wall covered up by a band aid and painted over - FOUL. There are plenty of bad experiences including neighbors stealing from me, cops at complex on multiple occasions, but one to say the least - should have resulted in this community being shut down for good…. Two years into being here 911 was called on a family living in a unit not too far from me… upon entering my friend (assisted one of the children left unattended) found a hoarder situation including bugs everywhere, feces on the floor, food on floors and walls, a complete infestation and unliveable environment. Two children were living here with an unstable single mom who dumpster dived quit often. Needless to say this unit was always covered up with wood instead of glass windows. No one could see in. Wonder why? I called children and youth multiple times to report this concern. As one of the children were disabled. When the office was noticed they eventually evicted the mother but this was not immediate. How does someone live in those conditions unreported when there are supposed to be routine maintenance year round. Why does it take a neighbor and (myself) to call to report such unliveable conditions??? This place is one that will collect all your money but not do a damn thing to ensure safety nor comfortability-It is awful. I also was guaranteed parking in this community and always have to park in back of shopping center we are adjacent to instead which poses a risk DAILY because I could be towed as it is not the property of the complex yet I was given a parking pass and can’t ever park in the community. So I risk getting my car towed everyday. It’s fair to say if you have any hardships including getting laid off during Covid (like myself) they will bill you $200 late fees regardless. I could go on and on but needless to say- this is an embarrassment to Broomall as a town. I can’t move sooner and will be on my way out officially come August. Do yourself a favor and avoid living here. It’s safer and better in a motel."
