"Going on my 3rd year living here, and it is very frustrating. Walls are always leaking, you'll constantly be contacting maintenance. Hallways and laundry rooms are always very dirty as well."
"Your car isn’t safe here. The trashed parking lot is filled with large holes that will flatten your tires. The landlord will also tow your car without notice if you have anything wrong with it that doesn’t even effect them. They won’t fix the holes or clean up the debris when you complain. Nobody answers. Rent elsewhere"
"You don’t have a landlord, and the “manager” doesn’t answer or respond to your calls. If you have any problems, you’re screwed. Don’t pay attention to that one good review, that’s the “manager” giving herself a good one. Don’t rent from here."
"Currently on my second year here- watching water pour down my walls at 7 AM and 3 days later no one in management will answer my calls! Not a bad spot if your in a jam but i wouldnt recommend. Cant wait to get out of here!"
