"Moving out lives here 8 years in a roach infested complex.. landlord is rude a liar disrespectful and doesn't keep his word on anything... Leaving today and the picture of my apartment is only because I paid 1,000 of dollars to make it look that way..not the landlord and I removed everything I paid for down to the wallpaper etc...I feel terrible that people are viewing the complex thinking that the apartments look like the one in the photo I didn't mean to help him .. Marvin Blassingale at all..he's a slum lord who's only interest is money.. Warning ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️ don't move to that location you will regret it"

"Initially was told $825 to move in. 3 weeks later 3 months rent. Then the next day they said 2 months rent. Gave my application, no one said anything about $50 app fee. But they accepted it and never called me about it. Two hours before I had the lease signing/give them the 2 months rent, the owner has the maintenance guy call me to say that they will go with someone else. Unprofessional, unorganized, and could never give me a real answer as to why they cancelled my scheduled lease signing 2 hours before to go to someone else. Dodged a bullet here."
