"When you leave the apartment they would charge you unnecessary for paint even though we painted amd made it look like new. I really did not want to write a review all of a sudden but even though i sent them the video proof of paint,bill of paint (when they said we painted just the primer,so does not look like they thought to give a look at the apartment). My friends living there helped me with the paint and even they acknowledge that the painting was done at level best and the apartment walls looked like new. Really disappointed after such a good stay and having everything done as suggested from moveout inspection."

"The maintenance crew is absolutely superb. They always respond quickly and efficiently. On the other hand, it sometimes seems that those areas that face the bird sanctuary are a bit neglected. A short walk around the back of the 800 building will effectively demonstrate that fact. Many of the plants and shrubs have died or are dying. Many others are annually devoured by the deer. This is especially true of the hostas and the hydrangeas. Many have no leaves by the middle of the summer."

"Lot of mouse coming in everyday. We are using trap and mostly those are getting trapped. We are paying so much rent however the property is poorly maintained. Inspite of complaining multiple times no proper actions taken so far."
