"I’ve been a tenant of Riverpointe since 2020. I haven’t had the best experiences with service requests in the past but I am pleased to say that the apartment complex has invested in improving their service over the years. One of the service techs, Melvin did an exemplary job today. He came to address one issue and ended up fixing four. After each issue, he asked if there was anything more he could do then fixed the next issue. He even went above and beyond by offering to take my trash with him on the way out. I told him I could handle taking out the trash, but the gesture was much appreciated. Thank you Melvin and thank you Riverpointe!"

"This place is awesome, if I could give it ten stars I would. It is very dog friendly and they have a new huge dog park! All of my neighbors are wonderful as well. I feel very safe and I am extremely impressed with the staff. From the moment I meant Becky in the rental office, I could tell that she truly cares and wanted to find the right apartment for me. The property manager, Caren, is also very pleasant and is always asking how things are going. My unit has all the amenities I need for a reasonable price. The maintenance staff is extremely responsive and will go out of their way to ask if we need anything. The property is very well run and I look forward to renewing my lease."
