Reviews of Riverview Landing at Valley Forge
"Currently a resident. For the most part i had no issues with this complex. Requested a maintenance request that took over a month to get handled with shower tiles falling out and mold forming over that month span. Contacted the office twice regarding the issue and it was pushed off. I returned to my apartment to no hot water when I was told I could use my shower while Maintenance worked on it. I requested some sort of reimbursement due to the inconvenience and still have not heard back in over 3 weeks after I was told they would let me know after speaking with the owner."
"I lived here for a year from 2021-2022. Overall, I enjoyed my experience. The view is beautiful, and it is fairly close to the KOP mall and other shops & destinations. My apartment was clean upon move-in and the building was clean as well. Only issue I had was the pilot light on my heater went out several times while living here. They tell you that if you call in maintenance after-hours when it is not considered a true emergency (i.e. heater below 55 degrees) then they will charge you $100. Well we did not want to be charged so we had to wait two nights with no heat until Monday (since it went out on a Saturday night). Eventually the guy came and replaced all the water heater parts but it went out about 4-5 times before this happened. Overall good experience though, love that parking in the main area is free and it is always easy to find a spot."
"Okay place that has the potential to be worth it! From the club house to the surrounding area beautiful as well as the apartments themselves. But, when you get into the buildings, the lobby and hallways makes you want to run for the hills! So dark, dirty carpets and marks everywhere on the walls. I checked out Arrive and Riverview landing and Arrive seems like a better fit for someone who cares where there money is going. Entrance and hallways make you feel like you actually live somewhere worth the money, when riverview landing seems run down and not cared about. 3 stars because it has the potential but not enough for me to wait around for it."
"From the moment we contacted Riverview Landing for consideration for an apartment, we were met with nothing but a pleasant and professional experience. Our leasing consultant was friendly, responsive and timely in her follow ups to our questions. The maintenance staff are courteous, the grounds are beautiful and above all our apartment is gorgeous. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings"
"I've lived at Riverview Landing apartments for two years. I have to say that coming home to serenity everyday, has been a blessing. The apartments are far enough away from all the craziness of the city, but close enough to shops and essential places. It's a great place for nature walks, bike rides and morning runs. The sunrises are just as beautiful as the sunsets. Even though the river can be fierce at times, it's worth the calm, after the storm. The office staff have been wonderful, especially Todd and Stephanie. Everyone is patient and friendly. It's not easy managing a large property, but they have all done a phenomenal job! The maintenance team, has always been attentive when responding to work requests. This property has more than enough parking, and they are consistent with keeping up the grounds. If I had one complaint, it would have to be the neighbors child running above my head daily. Overall this is a beautiful place to live! - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings"
