"The restaurant experience for breakfast was a huge negative. The floors were extremely filthy, there was broken glass and days old food and mess all over the floors and they seated guests under those conditions. They ran out of pancake batter, and bacon and the service was less than stellar. They are understaffed and the wait for the food was unacceptable. The server was very unpleasant and the “manager” needs more training in customer service."

"We escaped power outage to warm hotel. Very courteous staff. In an unusual twist from many other hotels the bathroom was very well lit but relatively poor lighting for the room itself. Bartender great and enjoyable menu"

"Unfortunately I will never stay at this specific hotel again and am questioning Marriott properties all together as of late. For starters, for my second stay at this location in the last month there was no hot water in the showers. When I let the front desk know on both occasions it felt like it was a known problem and I should just deal with it. Nothing like ice cold showers to start your day during October/November in Pennsylvania. During these trips I was part of a group of roughly 10 people and at least 3 were told the hotel was over booked and they had to stay at different facility of lesser quality down the road. The hotel was attached to a regional casino reeking of smoke and constant foot traffic. Again, the staff made it seem like we should just deal with the situation despite booking our rooms over 6 weeks in advance. This is the 2nd time this month (different location) facilities have been over booked forcing members of my group to a different facility. If this is the direction Marriott is heading I am sure my 50+ nights of business per year plus hundreds of nights my team books due to my selection will easily find options with another brand. I have been very loyal to Marriott over the last 10 years and don’t want to start over with another brand but will have no choice if this is what the experiences look like."

"Terrible hotel. No hot water. Water came up through floor drain and flooded bathroom which was safety issue. 3 out of 8 people in my group got bumped and had to stay at an even worse hotel at the KoP casino. Advised hotel after first night and was assured problems were addressed. Nope! Same issue next morning. Had a reservation for the following week and promptly cancelled that. I have over 900 nights at Marriott properties and by far this was the worst. Will never go back again! Doesn’t remotely come close to Sheraton/Marriott expectations."

"Jessica at the front desk and the shuttle driver Michael delivered exceptional customer service. They were both able to answer all of our questions and were very friendly while in the process of doing that. Jessica was able to hold our bags while we went out to breakfast and Michael was able to take us to our destination and bring us back. Although we only spoke for a short period of time, they both made us feel right at home and I truly commend them for that. Thank you Jessica and Michael!"
