"I loved living here this was my favorite apartment , they are quiet comfortable and clean And walkable to everything, and inexpensive. Never had issues with payments or anything . I moved out of state and i definitely miss this place ."
"I just moved into the Huntington and I absolutely love it, every time I need something done they’re there as soon as possible, to do. Move in was nice and easy communicated thoroughly with Veronica. And got everything situated, leaving at night seeing a nice view of downtown. Definitely recommend !"
"Great apartments and storefronts in a beautiful historic downtown Easton building. Easy to work with!"
"I've lived here for the past 6 months and its my first apartment. Overall, this is a nice place to live. The building is in a fantastic location close to everything in Easton. Property management is very nice and quick to respond. Maintenance comes quickly and is courteous when I've needed them. Neighbors are nice and never too loud. For the building, the elevator is definitely small, however for day-to-day usage it's not terrible. You won't be able to fit something like a sofa in it when moving in though. Laundry room is nice (unfortunately no washer/dryer units inside the apartment), there are 3 washers and dryers that can be paid through an app (PayRange). They do a good job cleaning clothes. It would be nice if it was a little cheaper to wash and dry (currently $2 to wash and $2 to dry, $1 to wash and $1 to dry would be great). Lobby area and hallways are kept clean. Parking isn't the best, but thats normal for the area. It is an additional fee on top of rent to have a space and it is a block away on 4th St near the police station. However you can pull up to the front of the building for a short period to unload stuff like groceries. The apartment itself is overall nice. Fridge and oven included work nicely. Overall layout of the apartment makes sense. My biggest annoyance with it is the lack of attention to smaller details that you wouldn't notice during a tour but after a few days you start to see them. Some of the drop ceiling tiles look like they really need to be replaced (this doesn't seem to apply to all the units, some of them appear to have normal drywall ceilings), cutouts for light fixtures in the drop ceiling are not great, baseboard molding just ends in my bathroom next to the vanity, and there's hardened paint on the floor in some spots (see pics). There's also a bare minimum amount of electrical outlets which makes plugging things in a pain sometimes depending on where you want things. Overall, this is a great place to live for the location, price, and the property management. Some things could be better, but for a first apartment or just an apartment in downtown it's nice. Alot of the smaller issues seem to really depend on what unit you're in. Update 2022: I bought a house and moved out of this apartment in December 2021. I would've had no issues staying here longer, there wasn't any big issues that would've made me leave, I was just looking for something bigger. They made the move out process easy and no issues with the security deposit refund amount. For reference, this review was for Apt 306."
"Looks nice on website, but terrible in person: floors are slanted, less than half of the washing machines and dryers work, and the elevator is an absolute nightmare. Do NOT move here."
