"After touring several apartment buildings, and not liking any of them for one reason or another, we found Allen Gardens. It looked great online, but the others did also. In person it did not disappoint. The neighborhood was pleasant looking and quiet and the grounds were well maintained and clean. The apartment itself had not yet been spruced up after the previous tenants, but we were thankful that we were allowed to see it anyway. It had just about everything we wanted… and a bonus balcony! What really sold us on the apartment was our leasing agent, Kierra. Not only was she smart and knowledgeable, but also kind, warm and caring. She immediately made us feel comfortable. She is definitely the right person to be the first point of contact for prospective tenants. I’m hoping this will be our happy home soon."

"MONTIUM LEASING COMPANY DO NOT MOVE HERE, don’t get fooled like me. When you’re shown the apartment it looks nice, everything is updated, but after you move in you’ll soon find out all the “nice” “upgraded” appliances are CHEAP & problematic. There’s HUGE roaches and mice here DO NOT BE FOOLED! It’s infested! ITS DISGUSTING! The water gets shut off several times a month for several hours at a time due to plumbing issues. I have multiple emails to prove it. The pipes bang all day and night. You’ll eventually have to get used to the constant noise. The sliding closet doors are so cheap they came off the rails within 1 week of moving in here and they’ve never fixed them. Same with the sliding kitchen cabinets. The window screens are cheap and the complex has a BEE and WASP infestation so when you crack your window bees come inside your apartment. So not only are you fighting off roaches and mice but bees and wasps as well. The walls are thin so you can clearly hear the people in the apartments next to you, on top or below you. There is no central AC, just wall units and the AC’s smell musty. The hallways are disgusting, they do not clean them. The leasing office floods their tenants with threatening repetitive emails on various things. The tone of the emails are always rude and condescending. They act like they’re doing you a favor letting you live here. They do not appreciate or respect their tenants at all. Over $1500 for a small 1 bedroom apartment, this property is overpriced. This is NOT a luxury apartment. These are OLD, RUN DOWN, ROACH & MICE INFESTED apartment buildings that just had some new paint slapped on them. Again, don’t be fooled during your tour. If you know what’s good for you, move somewhere else & save yourself the headache."

"Just 2 words to tell you guys stay away from this complex my story with this complex and company have been the worst nightmare of my life. Starting with the first apartment that this company gave me it was very beautiful until I moved I started seeing roches and the bathroom paint decompose throughout the days and then the floor tiles started to come up so now the floor was bad as well. Then I had issues with the washer and dryer that they put in to the unit so they said let's move you to another unit everything went smoothly untill kids started to look inside my windows. That's an invasion of privacy and then if you are a smoker stay away because you can't smoke in the permises you have to go out to the street forget about your balcony or inside your home. I have black mold on this second unit that they gave me the cabinets are starting to decay there are roches coming thru the front door its just horrible. And then you pay 1800 for an apartment that is less than 700 square feet unbelievable."
