Glenbrook East Apartments

"The location of this place is amazing and the apartments themsevles are wonderful. However... Something needs to be done about communication. I call the office during their hours and hardly ever get an answer. I walk to the office and its almost always closed. I can count on one hand how many times it was open in the last 3 months alone when i needed it to be. All during the proper hours too. Unbelievably frustrating trying to get a hold of staff to get anything repaired. I've made this known to some of the management here about my repairs and all I get is small quick fixes to a much larger problem. No real solutions. I won't get into specifics beyond that but it needs to change. It used to never be like this. I've lived here for 5 years."

They’ve never discriminated against me a young black woman and have always had my best interest at heart. They’ve become more than just landlords they are family . I would recommend these apartments in a heart beat"

"I want to shout out management and maintenance for being prompt and attentive to different situations that may have occurred doing the pandemic which has been hard on a lot of people. The residents of GBE are very welcoming and I definitely have great neighbors next door to me, I have no complaints and if and when I do the staff is always available to assist."

"I have been here for almost 4 years. I love it here. The price seems steep when you start out but when you incorporate what’s included in the rent utilities wise; it’s not bad. You’re also paying for a great location. Far enough from Main Street to have things be quiet, and still very close to everything."
