Green Valley Apartments

"Really like this apartment. Love the laundry room, kitchen, own heating /cooling system. Nice and warm during the winter. The office staff is very courteous . Maintenance doesn’t take long when there’s a problem. Lots of parking My only issue is the inconsiderate neighbors. Plays loud music up to 4am in the morning, with a lot of banging and noises. Wish we had chosen the other apartment the younger lady had shown us. We follow the lease rules, others don’t."

"We really enjoyed our time at Green Valley Apartments. We had a two-bedroom place and it was just nice. Clean, roomy, and kitted out with brand new appliances. Parking was never an issue and the extra amenities made living there even better. The staff was always quick to handle any repairs or concerns we had. Honestly, I've been telling my friends and family it's a good pick if they’re looking for somewhere new to live. We had a great experience there."

"I feel very safe. Maintenance is awesome. They are always available when there’s a problem . Office staff is friendly and very professional. But for some reason I have been asking to have my screen door replaced for the past 16 months and still nothing. During the winter months I had difficulties opening this door because the cold jammed it tight. It does not lock from time he inside neither. I am tired of asking for a new storm door. It would also b safer to have 2 railings by the steps. Going up & down with bags of groceries there is nothing to hold on too. I feel focus is on the new buildings and we have been overlooked and forgotten."

"From a personal experience I am very satisfied tenant /member of the Green Valley Community last 4 years and not going anywhere anytime soon. All my needs have always been met promptly if not told the reason. Again this is my own personal experience since I came here and I do enjoy living here & having a Pool / Gym on the premises."
