"We are currently residents for one year and are very happy with our apartment and the area. The manager and her staff are always friendly, respond quickly, and are NEVER rude. The apartment and the complex are well maintained and clean. Yes, the gym is small, and there are few amenities, but if that is what you are looking for be prepared to spend easily $500 more a month at a different apartment. We researched many apartments before moving to this area. Even with the rent hike (which is happening everywhere) we feel the cost of rent is far less than other area apartments with the same features."
"The Lakeview Park apartment complex is a relatively simple property that will be great for anyone looking for a no-frills home. The property is clean and well-maintained, and the residents are generally friendly. I have lived in the same unit for the past 5 years, here are the things I did and did not like during my stay. There are some great aspects of the property. There are a lot of restaurants and businesses within walking distance, and the property is a short driving distance from places like King of Prussia. As of writing this review I can also say that water, sewage, and trash disposal are all included in rent which is very nice. The apartment is wired for high-speed internet as well. The maintenance team is friendly and responsive, and they consistently take care to check their work to prevent repeat calls. The off-site management office is quick to respond to issues, though you shouldn't need to involve them too much. The property has a lot of negatives as well. There is a poorly-maintained tennis court, which I personally haven't seen anyone use. There's also a very small gym, but it's so small that only one or two tenants could reasonably occupy it at once. The on-site property manager is friendly, but she can be difficult to work with. She has historically done an acceptable job, but she has also refused to provide additional information about upcoming events and she consistently fails to follow up on issues brought to her attention. The other employee of the on-site management team is very friendly, but she has failed to resolve a single issue for me since we moved in. Every time she answers my call she only ever seems to direct us to speak to the manager directly. Overall I do like the property. The unit we leased was a 2 bedroom unit, and for the price of the initial lease it was an excellent value. With repeated rent increases the price has risen to be much less justifiable for the lackluster experience. I would not recommend spending more than approximately $1,500.00 for a 2 bedroom unit here, and even that price is excessive for the limited amenities they offer."
"This place portrays itself as a nice place to live, however once you are in the mask is removed and does not deserve a one star rating but it will not allow the review to go through as a "0" which is what it deserves. From the beginning I had issues with Ann in the management office due to my being hospitalized from a serious accident after signing the lease and not being able to get to the bank to get a cashiers check buwas able to give them a regular check. Ann was so rude and disrespectful with me while I was laying in a bed in rehab recovering from surgery. I should have known then this was not going to be my home but just a place where I lived for a year and then got out..which leads me to the next area of true disappointment and disrespect. During my exit walk-thru the rep from the management office, Ann was looking for anything and everything she could to take money off my deposit. The apt was cleaned with a few items just needing to be wiped...ie..the inside of the cabinet in the master bathroom and behind the refrigerator, which by the way is the first thing she went to and pulled out..please note there was dust but it was not much. She noted a bit of dirt on the water lid lip, stated because I did not use the self cleaning on the oven(it was cleaned by hand) that this had to be cleaned..beware of the vent under the microwave at the stove,,,they don't pull that down when you move in but they will or should I say she will when they move out. The amazing thing about the entire exit walk through is that the maintenance worker, Jeremy Plinski was with us and he specifically told me that my apt is the best he has seen on a move out. However, Ann continally was trying to talk him into finding fault,,,she asked him 5 or 6 times if he was sure the walls were in good shape and he continued to tell her they were good. I filled any and all holes and sanded them down so it could be painted when I moved out. Now mind you a few weeks before I moved out I had asked for paint to also touch up the spots and Ann told me "I will ask maintenance for the paint, but it still may not save you from your deposit being reduced". Right then and there I knew no matter what I did I would lose some of my deposit and I was soooooo right. They charged me $185 plus 6% sales tax plus, are you ready for this $29.42 for an administrative fee and I WAS NEVER TOLD ABOUT AN ADMINISTRSTIVE FEE....UNBELIEVABLE...I was charged for cleaning the entire apt when only a few things had to be wiped...and I mean just wiped!!! I could have understood charging 1/2 of the cleaning charge but really $185 plus 6% tax and administrative fee. The other slap in the face by Ann was her insinuating I was not a good housekeeper..I can provide 20 or more names of people who can vouch on my housekeeping. Then to top it off while I was doing the walk through my accident got brought up and while discussing it, I mentioned about the driver that hit me did not have a driver's license or insurance and Ann commented, "please tell me he was not an illegal", this is a totally racist remark. Ann was prepared before the walk through that she was going to charge me for cleaning, because when I went to the office with her after we completed the walk through, she made the comment that she had already printed out the cleaning charge to show me...IF SHE DIDN'T HAVE IT PLANNED WHY WOULD SHE PRINT IT OUT BEFOREHAND???? I just want all of you out there to beware..don't judge the place by it's appearance because it is DECEIVING and they will take advantage of you one way or another!!!! They will try to keep as much as they can of your security deposit so BEWARE!!!!"
"If I was able to give zero stars I would. These apartments are FAR from luxury. The maintenance staff as well as property management on site and at their main office are rude, condescending and have no idea what customer service is. Not to mention, they do any and everything to make sure you don’t get your security deposit back so you might as well not bother cleaning or replacing anything. And if you do choose to live here make sure to document ANY scratches, discoloration of vinyl, chipped paint, etc."
"The apartment looks good with location. But the other side stories are worst. Management staffs are very rude and they won't listen when you leave . Also you won't get any security deposit."
