"Would not recommend. I live here currently, moving by next year. house is falling apart after only being here a year I have no cabinets, black mold in bathroom, and my sons bedroom closet doors are hanging off. Neighbors are TERRIBLE and management isn’t doing anything after multiple police calls/reports. Not kid friendly either.. at all. 1/10 wouldn’t recommend unless they start grinding down on people they need to Be & start fixing this environment."

"Went there 4 a app. No receptionists, no service, no one 4 like 5-10 minutes. Then conversation was worthless. The place might b a good place 2 get an apt. But there was of attending property sucks, due 2 ignorant, non English speaking person whom they've place 2 b there 2 respond 2 all there potential clients. Bad choice in reception."

"No signage, drove through the complex 4 times no residents even knew where the rental office was.. no signage anywhere. Dumpsters in the middle of the road, and children Everywhere.. apparently no-one here goes to school. hobo's hanging out in the woods, and staring at playground.. avoid avoid avoid.."
