"I don’t mind living in Hymann properties. There may be annoying tenants and sometimes they’re loud. That’s every apartment building. I enjoy the gym and nice decor on every floor. The laundry room got updated-now just waiting on the lounge area and gym to be updated to :) Not to mention they work with you on rent. Most places are more strict about the deadline."

"ask for simple maintenance and JOSE SAYS HE WILL CHARGE YOU . I guess he doesn't like certain people for no reason . I am definitely getting a lawyer before I leave this upcoming summer"

"Maria and Jacob are making the outside at the Bindery look a little nicer than before. Lance and Jose are great guys they keep all the repairs done on the apartments as soon as you put in a maintenance request. The only problem is the hall way and the entrance in the building could be cleaned more than they are suppose to be and could you a fresh coat of paint on the walls and the main doors . The tenants in the buildings are really nice people. Hyman does charged you extra money than the rent for the keep up of the building that is why I suggested the painting to the entrance to spruce it up when you first walk in with the money he receives from the tenants in the building that shouldn’t cost him a lot. Over all I give it 3 stars out of 5 to rent from"
