"I am absolutely appalled at the state of this apartment home. There are 3 different types of flooring randomly placed throughout the home, dirty walls, dirty grout in every bathroom, cobwebs and dust in every corner and paying $2,500 monthly."

"I have been living at Madison at the Lakes for 2 years now, and overall this place is pretty good. The neighbors are nice, and the neighborhood is homey and has a nice mile walkway to go for walks. The gym is nice. The living space (for me a 3bed 3 bath) is spacious. However, there are some things at Madison that need improvement. -The home amenities in the kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, etc.. are old and are constantly breaking and always need fixing. The shower is constantly irregularly changing its temperature from boiling hot to ice cold in the middle of showers, and sometimes I need to get out before I finish. The drains are also slow and fill up. Doors, dishwashers, and stoves are always having issues breaking. The decor of the apartments are also from the 80s and looks outdated. -The wifi here is very slow and and doesn't work often. We are only allowed to use Service Electric, which is definitely not the best Internet company out there. I wish we residents could have the option to replace our old home amenities with newer ones and choose our own wifi carrier."

"This is an incredible place to call home! My apartment was so comfortable and spacious, as well as quiet. The complex itself is so peaceful and well planned out, with a great walking path and a really nice pool. The management office is so organized and helpful. The maintenance crew is super responsive and does a really nice job. After a wonderful 3 years I am really sad to leave!"

"We have loved our experience in living at Madison at the Lakes, mainly due to the great customer service received from the leasing office. We have been thoroughly impressed with the responsiveness (and niceness) received during the move-in process, maintenance requests (very few of course), and simple inquiries. The additional surprise perks received for residents, ranging from a free pizza delivered to having our car washed on the property, continue to make us extremely happy with our choice in moving to this great location, just off of the golf course and surrounded by great amenities."

"Just extended my lease for another year. The office staff is great. The maintenance crew has been responsive and helpful the few times I've needed them. The apartment itself is spacious and quiet. This is one of the few places that allows dogs which is great. The grounds are really beautiful. I do wish they had an off-leash dog area (haven't heard any plans regarding that). My rent has increased about 4% each year."
