"Never fixed my unit up been almost 18 months with water damage and cracks in ceilings. Yet they hound you for money and add hidden fees I paid rent consistently yet they tax on an additional $200 “in fees” you guys need to do better as people and an establishment. Trying to rob people so you guys can afford luxury but I don’t have the same treatment. I don’t get what happened to just landlords dealing with their own property instead of having these “goons” handle their business. No decorum a straight mannerless company."

"These people are a joke stay away from them if at all possible. Very unprofessional and the receptionist April is hard to deal with. Never get call backs and has been rude when she does answer the phone. Rick the realtor works so much he never returns calls or emails... tried to get us in a lease without even showing us the property, further more when we moved in the property was nasty and didn't get some professionals to clean it up but when we moved out leaving it way better then we moved it charged us a cleaning fee and yard fee but we have pictures showing it was clean and yard was perfect. Stay away from this company. Also late on the deposit which is a no no been over 30 days. Blaming it on wrong address but we have two emails showing the right address was given to them. If you don't wanna have to show them the lease agreement showing there wrong then don't bother with these clowns."

"To reiterate what other people say, they don’t communicate. We had a showing at 6 pm to show our house to future renters, and they fail to show. No call, no text, nothing. Not to mention 6pm is dinner time. I took time out of my day to clean and make my house look presentable and they gave me nothing in return. Unprofessional."

"The most unorganized and unprofessional place to rent from. They have 0 understanding of what it means to communicate. They fault to simply call their tenants back and give them an update on items that need to be addressed. They dont appear to have anyone working at all because they’re trying to be automated with text and online services, however, fail to realize their systems are failing. When you finally do get a call back and the workers come to look at the issues, they need approval which means that’ll take another week or so and fail to give an update on that. I’d love to talk to their CEO/Owner and further understand how they run their company, because that individual lacks basic common knowledge when it comes to running a business."
