Apartments at Olde Towne

"I enjoyed my year in Olde Towne. I had not lived in an apartment since my oldest was one and two. He is in his thirties, now. I knew it would be an adjustment. It was so much better than I thought it would be. Nice neighbors helped, and Laura and Melissa in the rental office are great and responsive. The maintenance crew were always nice and responsive, as well. I moved because my significant other and I found a house. I would and already have recommended Olde Towne as a nice place to live. "If there was more than five stars; i would’ve given it to them. Their service is EXCEPTIONAL on all aspects!!! The manager and the maintenance staff as so professional, respectful, and very kind. Everything is very clean and well maintained. They ALWAYS make the safety and comfort of their tenants their priority. I recommend EVERYONE to rent here. This is the best place that I have resided at in the US."

"Maintenance men came in while I was very clearly in the shower and home, never made themselves known and my child was also home while they entered the apartment. Never even knew they were in my home while I was in the shower. No notice given prior to entering either. They were doing maintenance in the room on the other side of the wall where my shower was, so there is absolutely no way they didn’t know. Very creepy maintenance man also tried to stay to fix something while I showered on a separate occasion (clearly this did NOT happen ) Cigarettes all over the grounds. Trash left outside dumpsters constantly. Don’t live here if you’re a single woman - the violation I felt from their maintenance department was the last straw."

"I have lived here for a few years now and have never had any negative experiences at all, it's been very positive. The people that work here have been incredibly generous and kind to me and my son. When I leave I will definitely miss them. Olde Towne is in a great area, with lots of things to see and do. So far, I have really enjoyed living here."
