"Life Saver! In my forties, the last thing I thought would be having to start my life over after a 15 relationship ending awful and abruptly leaving me with very little options. Then I met the manager Mari and she literally helped my strength come through and worked so hard to help me find my beautiful home where I am finally at peace! I have observed her in detail organizing and managing the community doing a million things all the time keeping everyone safe and the community beautiful! You need a strong manager to do that and she does it effortlessly! People that do not do what they should like to put blame on the very people making this a great community to live for the rest of us instead of taking accountability for them not doing what they should be doing. I am so grateful for Mari and the great maintenance team that makes sure I do not have any issues in my home.. Thank You Mari for going the extra mile for me, for helping me, for believing in me and for giving me my life and sanity back! You are the best manager I have seen in quite some time!"

"If I could give 0 I would. Nowhere on the website or application does it state that no cats are allowed. I was at lease signing, it states it in the lease, I was planning on getting a cat so I had to back out of the lease. The property manager stated that the website and application both state that no cats are allowed so I figured I would lose my $1,600 deposit. I later looked into it, nothing was listed there and then I saw her notation on the witheld funds was that I was trying to sneak in two cats… What the h*ll? Really? Such a bold faced lie. My prior cat died, I was ready to get another, that’s pretty much it. So essentially UMH and the property manager are at fault of deceptive business practices by luring people in, only to drop non negotiable rules on them at lease signing and then pocketing the money. They essentially stole $1600 from me, and if I had the money to go to small claims court I would. Shady business, I would NEVER recommend UMH to anyone, even as a last resort. I have tried contacting their offices MULTIPLE times, but no one responds. I have contacted better business bureau only for their offices to respond to BBB saying they responded to me. Prove it."

"I want to give a big shout out in appreciation to Mr. Mike from maintenence, for always coming to our rescue for any needs and concerns we have! Last year he came in the middle of a snow storm to unfreeze our pipes and this year we had a recent thunderstorm that did quite a number on us, and he came right out addressed the concerns and is quickly fixing everything up for us, ship shape and he is happy to do so! He has a great attitude and we are greatful to have him to call! Thank you!"

"This has the potential to be a great place to live. BUT the manager makes the entire experience the exact opposite! Looks down and talks down to everyone! Even residents! Had an absolute awful experience. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Over priced rentals and to get treated like trash. The only positive part was the maintenance guys. They are great and help you wit anything right away. If the company really cared they would get rid of the manager !"
