"The truth is, I feel very bad, I never thought I would receive this type of treatment, not wanting to take care of my daughter as if they were doing me a favor... the doctor didn't even bother to be able to check my daughter again to see that her tonsils are inflamed and It is not an allergy as she assumes, I just send her a medication that is not for her without asking or re-examining her and the treatment of the nurses, let alone the worst treatment. In any case, I am already filing a formal complaint. It cannot be that they treat us so wrong and they give us medications that do not correspond."

"Better not to go if you are not Hispanic. I had scheduled my kids appointment for physical check up but the front desk lady canceled my appointment because, I was the only one with my four kids that i did not have additional mask for my self. It is so rude and I hope doctor Omaidvar teaches the front desk crew properly that they learn how to behave with patients and clients. It wasn't my first time facing with such a disgusting attitude."

"This is the worst customer service I never experience. Dr need to talk to them. I try to make appointment for my kids they are sick with cold and flu symptoms about 2 days after they blocked me in the phone this is not right to do that for customers I been going there all the time dr’s are okay except the people who unswerving the phone and give appointment. I will never recommend"
