"Dr. Rodriguez is very nice and caring. But the reception staff are not welcoming at all. They dig hard to find a reason not to accept the patients - they make you feel like you are not welcomed in their office while your kids are existing patient. Very disappointed."

"Dr. Gloti Rodriguez has been my go-to pediatrician for 18 years of my life and not once have I had a complaint. The staff is very caring and they take their time with their patients. Whenever I needed documents or certain vaccinations for school they were able to provide them in a timely manner. They speak both Spanish and English, so if you are looking for a clinic that will take care of you and your children I highly recommend this one. They also offer the Pfizer Covid-19 vaccine!"

"i read all the bad reviews and they are wrong, because since I have my daughter sign in there, like 4 year ago always treat me well is a need an emergency appointment always make space, they have a schedule but they worker more hours just because give all the time for each kid, any place is perfect but this is humble if someone give bad review is because doesn't have patience is a clinic not a fast food restaurant."

"We have got new baby, the Alexandria Hospital asked to take the baby to the pediatrician, as Dr. Gloti is my children pediatrician, I called to take appointments for new baby, I have been told that, the Doctor is not available rather she is on leave, but I insisted for the appointment, finally got appointment, she was not on leave. The staff is not fluent in English and don’t have general information to answer the questions regarding Insurances and other repeated stuff."

"The staff doesn't know the Medicad process, and not fluent in English. This clinic is not recommended for people who dont speak Spanish as it is difficult to communicate with the front desk, though they speak a little; don't even call for any sort of appointment."
