"I was supposed to get a quote. They never reached back out to me, nor answered any of my calls. The customer service representative said they didn't want to ship to my storage facility. The response I got today was because my storage facility is not "vetted" and I'm not a customer in their database then I'm too much of a risk that they weren't willing to take. Even though they've been to my storage facility many times before when I had 3rd party vendors send shipments to me with no problem. They seem to only want to deal with companies with loading docks and big warehouses and not cater to small business needs. I hope they change this in the future or hopefully a more aggressive competitor capitalizes on this gap in this rapidly changing market."

"Pitt-Ohio is definitely cheap, but the customer experience is reflected in this price. If they make a mistake, they will charge you for it. If you need LTL freight shipped, I would go with a more reputable carrier like R&L, Old Dominion, XPO, etc. They may be a few extra dollars to send, but that is better than having to pay for the carrier's mistake"
