"The doctors are awesome and thorough. Most of the nurses are kind but already dealt with very disrespectful staff on the phones which sort of make me want to leave and front desk is a bit standoffish but overall it’s an all female staff who do truly care about your kids. May need to rethink who they have talking to customers. Like may need a training session on how to talk to parents while on the phone."

"My daughter was Dr. Hackett's patient for over 20 years until she aged out. Dr. Hackett is an unbelievable, caring, compassionate and knowledgeable physician who takes great care in knowing and understanding her patients as a whole. I credit her with saving my daughters life due to listening to my daughter and an early diagnosis of a possibly deadly condition if not found early, She ran a test that was not the norm and many doctors might have waited to do so but Dr. Hackett knew my daughter so well and decided to run this test. To this day whenever my daughter runs into Dr. Hackett anywhere Dr. Hackett recognizes her and remembers her name. My daughter and I both cried when we could not go to Dr. Hackett anymore for her care. I have not found an equivalent doctor for adults! She will forever have a special place in our hearts and lives."

"Downside up front, it's the only one, the waits can be long even for scheduled appointments. However, it's because both Hackett and Ginsberg take their time. They do thorough exams, talk you through everything in a frank and educated way, and answer questions in a kind and compassionate manner. They clearly LOVE children and what they do. The triage nurse and nursing staff are friendly and thorough. I have always been able to get a quick last minute appointment when necessary. If they have an opening, TAKE IT!"

"Love Dr. Ginsberg. She is great with kids and will take the time to talk with you. The downside.... this office does not operate on schedule so there are long waits for most appointments I have made. Go to the first appointment of the day if possible. Still, I can usually get a last minute appointment for ear infections, etc...."
