"My family and I were so excited to visit for the first time, but I am quite disappointed to say that the ice cream wasn’t the best. It was good at first, but unfortunately we found hair in two of our ice cream cups, so we had to throw them out. I only speak about the ice cream because we didn’t try anything else today. Although, the service was ok. The people were super nice, but I wish they were more cautious when making the desserts. Please wear hair nets or anything to restrain your hair, thanks."

"This location never disappoints. The young lady that wrote happy birthday drew a cute little mushroom decoration on it and it placed this over the top. We love it."

"Very busy labor day weekend! We came in Saturday night, we stood in a very long line almost out the door. But we we're out of there in literally 10-15 minutes!! Ice cream was great service was even better!!"

"Usually I visit this coldstone and purchase about 2 size everybody's for me and my family once a month, never have a problem. But this time I ordered a founders favorite and the young lady who mixed it ran out of ice cream while mixing, I watched her throw a lump of regular sweet cream ice into the container. I asked the gentlemen that was ringing me up if he could please mix it into the rest of the ice cream. When I got home there were barely any toppings on it. I'm pretty disappointed and probably won't visit for some time. Their ice cream is too expensive to not get what you pay for."

"The pace was very busy. Lots of people in line, however the employees were serving the customers very fast. I had the fact there are no seats to eat in the store or outside. Otherwise good customer service. And very good ice cream. I enjoy every time I go."
