"Been a patient w/Dr Morog for approx 28yrs and he is caring, knowledgable, a great listener, offers advice as well as asking questions because he cares, wants to make sure his patients are taken care of. I feel for doc offices, it is hard to get good hard working help anywhere not just Doctors offices. (esp. Since covid)that are personable & care .I do see positive improvements with his staff. Things happen, everyone has stuff so its best to communicate, because no one is better than the next person and remember we all started new at jobs at one time or another, some patients have no clue whatelse goes on in a doc office. I have seen how rude peeps get when they have to wait 10mins. Take a deep breath, relax, that could be you on the other side of the office door with needing the doc/nurse.. As they always saw if this a true medical emergency, hang up the phone and call 911... with that being said, I love Dr Morog and his staff, been blessed by his expertise and experience, his staff's friendly assistance. I thank Dr Nicholas Morog for his staff & all their hard dedicated work. As well as the Heart Rehab Ctr, The Heart FailClinic and all the staff in both depts."
