"If I could give her ZERO STARS I WOULD! She is seriously unorganized and understaffed. We made a 9am appointment and was called back into the room only to wait in the room for an hour while she worked with other families. We walked out and told her we when we make appointments it would be nice if she kept with time or not overbook because we have things to do. Also, her lack of organization affected my baby! I received a call from Maryland Board of Health asking me about follow up on my daughter's sickle cell diagnosis. They said they'd given Dr. Johnson this information on 11/17/2023. Dr. Janet Johnson NEVER CALLED ME. So I never knew my baby's diagnosis until January 8th, 2024. That is completely negligent! I called her January 8th asking to speak to her but she was busy. So I spoke to the young lady on the phone and told her what happened and asked them why I never got a phone call. She then put me on hold for 8 minutes. I eventually hung up. Dr. Janet Johnson then calls me 1/9/2023 asking to schedule my baby's next appointment. Funny because Dr. Johnson has NEVER called me before. The following day 1/10/2023 she called me 3 times. She is trying to do damage control because she knows she messed up. Do not take your children to her. They deserve better."

"Unprofessional, first told me I was handed documents that I told her she didn’t hand me. Then called to confirm I was correct. She still had the documents. Went to pick the documents up & had an attitude and forms was not complete. Charged my card 2 days prior to me going to pick up documents and she still did not fax documents off that was needed. Will be finding a new new pediatrician."

"I agree with other realistic reviewers Too much lack of professionalism, filthyness, no bathroom for any patients and sooo much!. My experience with her hasn't been the best lastly. After dealing for 15+years with my 4 kids I finally gave a chance to try another doctor. During pandemic-now nothing had changed but, was during pandemic when she started to get worse with all her restrictions and through now. she only open M-T and when you need to make an appointment if she doesn't have an assistant she never answered the phone because she's only by herself (which is usual) and has to take care of everything. Forget about using the bathroom! she will never let you use it, my kids had pee at her office already. If you have a baby you have to carry a bag to put the dirty diaper and take it with you. My 23 month old baby was force to wear a mask to get seen and everybody in there has to wear one otherwise she'll ask you to stay out no excuses she won't care is very insensitive and she will never provide a mask for any one. Not to mention how dirty this place is and be prepare to spend 2.5-3 hours with hungry or thirsty kids if you forgot to carry something for them, To get seen in less than a minute because she's always rushing and you sometimes even forget the questions you are about to ask after seeing her in such a hurry, i know doctors are quick but this is number one quick. If your kid go to school and need vaccine record she charge $15 just to let you have what you are supposed to have as a parent without charge but, even if you need paper work for anything that needs her signature will charge you $15 or even more. I ended paying $60 to get my 4 kids immunization record after I got tired and stepped into her office to get it print out because she never was able to fax it to my new kids doctor after dealing back and forth checking if my new doctor got or not and the answer was always no. That was one of the reason why I didn't want to do to change her as a doctor for not having be dealing with all that hassle. I don't know how is possible to be a doctor and don't want to see sick kids since pandemic-now she will ask you to have a negative covid test before you step in her office so your sick baby or kids get seem, that doesn't make any sense I just ended up taking my kids every time they get sick to patient First. which is better how they treat patients there comparing to her. I don't use to write down good or bad reviews but I did this time, to warn you about this place be AWARE and don't take your innocent children there. As a busy mother of 4 I beg you there is better choices believe me I was stuck with her for so long and now I regret so bad that i had to wait so long to run away from this place!!"

"After years of dealing with this place I said it’s time to find a new doctor! This place is filthy (walls and floor) are super dirty where the patients have to wait for over an hour ! We was told come in at 2:30 and only 2 people in front of us while we waited the 2 people was checked and left then I see she is taking other patients before us by 3:45 we said forget it we are leaving and she says “don’t runaway I’m about to come” conveniently when we are tired of waiting! This is not the first time this happened and we are beyond dealing with it! Find a updated office where you will be taking care of not being told to wait while they let 2 or 3 people who came 30 minutes after you to be seen!"

"This Dr. is rude and lack professionalism. The restroom is not in working condition, if you have to change your baby pampers she will require you to take the use pampers with you. She put my 1 month old baby, the mom, grandma and sister outside of the clinic because they never had face masks. My family had to sit outside of her clinic until the grandmother when to buy masks. Every clinic has face masks on-site to assist patients with, but she doesn’t have any professional practice. The clinic has a very bad odor smell. The health department need to shut this please down because it don’t have medical standard."
