FedEx Ground Distribution Center

"We are having a sectional couch delivered and even though they have all the boxes they are delivering them one box at a time and now their tracking says they will be returning 5 of the 14 packages. FedEx is Literally The Worst."

"Called customer service number only to find there is no customer service. My Question does not fit parameters that FedEx has predetermined. End result: could not talk to Customer Service Providers. Simply told to hang up. Abysmal company policy."

"Drivers are not leaving packages in a secure location. Too lazy to walk up 8 steps to place at door instead are leaving them on the bottom step by the sidewalk. I live on a busy street with alot of foot and vehicle traffic just outside downtown, 2 blocks from a major upmc hospital. Very easy for someone to take the packages and keep walking. They don't even knock or ring doorbell to let you know the packages are there. Hire new drivers that actually care. This is not acceptable! Called FedEx FOUR times for the same issue. Every time I am told I cannot speak to a supervisor, but it will be reported and handled. Still hasn't been fixed..Doesn't matter if it's FedEx ground or home delivery. Same issue, different driver!"

"I received my delivery on time today. The driver is new but I spoke to him how to turn around in my lane. He was a very polite driver and very professional. He can deliver my packages anytime. Great guy please let him know. I live in Sarver PA on a rural road. Thank youm"

"Same old FedEx, different region. I moved to PA from Kansas where FedEx drivers would routinely lie about signatures, cut corners delivering packages etc. Well today my partner had packages which were supposed to be signed for, which no attempt was made, and even misspelt her name in the signee spot (to add to this she is not in town today) This is forgery by the driver as they unlawfully signed for another party and fraud because they Lied about attempting to retrieve signature. The package was left unattended outside our apartment building. It's next to impossible to get anywhere through FedEx customer service. The packages have to now just sit downstairs because I'm currently sick and unable to carry 60 lb packages up three flights. Too bad the dishonest, lazy, unprofessional driver at FedEx couldn't dolly them up the stairs and do their job appropriately. At the end of the day, I will be considering legal options requesting criminal prosecution on the driver's part and seeing if there are options to file a lawsuit against FedEx. I'm tired of the failures of this company. Additionally this "service" if you can call it that was over $400."
