Johns Hopkins Community Physicians Practice

"This place is awful now. We have been going here since it used to be PCOR (Pediatric Care of Rockville) and it used to be amazing. But since it has been taken over by John Hopkins it's atrocious. We are leaving the practice. The doc's are the same and they are still great so it pains me, but I can't handle all of the problems. ALL scheduling and bill pay goes thru john hopkins central- they don't all you to pay your co pays online or pay in advance, which means you either have to mail in a check, OR call their online system. I have spent over 45 mins with their online system EACH TIME i want to pay a bill because it's always broken, won't accept HSA cards, etc. Always a problem. Also their central booking is awful. 2x in the last year the central has booked an apt for me that did NOT get relayed to the local doc office, meaning I show up and they have no notice of an apt, and no free scheduling. They try to "fit me in" so I sit there for an hour with a kid, even on well- check apts where it's just an annual. It's absurd. DO NOT go to this office. Which is so ahrd to write- because the doctors are awesome."
