"Dr. John Choi is very nice, but admins are horrible. Everything is fine when there are no issues, but as soon as any little issues arise, admins are not willing to do anything. Her attitude is rude and condescending. She even threatened me that she will remove my son as a patient there. I don’t need to be treated that way. "My daughter has been going to Dr. Choi for 15 years since she was born. I'm posting a review like this because of a terrible experience today. On 4/27, I placed a refill order for my daughter's acne treatment, Doxycycline and medicine Clindamycin Phisphate and Benzoyl Peroxide at Wegmans Pharmacy. They contacted the doctor's office five times, but they said there was no response until today (5/4). So I called John Choi doctor's office and told them the situation, and the staff on the phone said she will have Dr. Choi call me. So I asked her if I should wait at the pharmacy since I was there already, and she said "yes." However, they never called me, and I waited forty minutes at the pharmacy. So I went home and called the doctor's office again 4 hours after the phone call. A few minutes later, the doctor called back and said he would prescribe a higher dose of Doxycycline at the pharmacy. My daughter have been taking this for two months, and I was a little worried, so I searched for the side effects of this medicine, and it said that Anorexia, bleeding of the acne, sore throat, and less appetite were applicable, so I called again to inform the staff that my daughter has same issue, and she did not even ask the doctor and she said that she does not think that is side effects. She told me that she could have the doctor call me again. I said that I do not want to talk to the doctor again about the medicine. Instead, I said that I could send pictures of my daughter's acne so that the doctor can see the condition, because my daughter's symptoms were getting worse since he last saw her. But then she asked why the doctor would see pictures if I didn't want to talk to him? She said that if I didn't like the doctor, then I should change doctors, which I found extremely rude. I wonder if the doctor's office, which is busy with many patients, thinks that it is okay to say this. Especially without asking the doctor and having no medical experience. Having the phone on hold and not answering for a long time is such a terrible attitude. She did not even apologize. Because of what she said, it has come to the time where my daughter has to change doctor's offices, which she has attended for fifteen years since she was born."

I r remember my first visit when my girlfriend came along with me and because he didn't want her to feel bored he allowed her to have a massage in the room next door.
