"They have good doctors, who we have been happy with. But the admin has gone from OK to bad recently. They never answers the phone half an hour after open and before closing time, and takes an hour and half lunch break, making it impossible to reach the admin for any appointments or questions. When you do get through, you are put on hold forever. It has been so frustrating that despite how good the doctors are, we are thinking about switching."
