"Great Doc - Terrible Practice - Been going there for too many years. But if you have a problem, you can't get to a person. We spend more time in urgent care than this practice because we can get help when we need it. Tried to call today to get a referral for a eye specialist since my daughter has something causing pain. But the voice mail box is full. No one answers a phone. So my choices are go to the emergency room or find another way to get medical help. What's the point of having a doctor if you can't get to them when you need them?!? Particularly when it's a large practice."
