"The receptionist/scheduler seems to forget we are customers and that we don't work for her. She's incredibly rude and offers no help to get deliveries setup outside of her only given day or method. I have no idea how one would expect a consumer to pickup their own freight delivery or that it's our fault their truck is broken down. I hope I never need to work with this company again."

"Made arrangements knowing that I wouldn't be able to get there until after 6 pm, was informed that they are open until 7 pm and that wouldn't be a problem. Arrived at 6:15 pm to be told that I can't pickup my package because all the office staff has left and nobody else could complete the paperwork. Now I have to make the 45 minute drive again on Monday morning to hopefully get my package. Absolutely horrible customer service and business practices."
