"I recently called to cancel my appointment as I was just not going to be able to make it since I’m currently working. I get it, it’s not right as a patient to cancel an appointment at such short notice since my appointment was at 3:30 and I called around 3:00-3:10 to cancel, but to have the receptionist tell me that I am basically wasting their time and their patients time for not being able to show up? and how it’s not a valid reason for me to be late? They also for some reason wanted to know so bad as to why I couldn’t make it and I was so confused as to why it was any of their business. Im a receptionist myself, and I understand that it’s not the best having a patient cancel, but wouldn’t it have been better for me to call instead of just not showing up? Would you guys have called me saying that I wasted your time? Im really upset and disappointed since I’ve been attending this pediatrician for a long time and I’ve never been treated this way. I hope you properly train your employees to respect patients, and their lives."

"Dr Prasad has been looking for my both sons since birth..He is very nice and takes time to explain the things..The staff is friendly.Sometimes had to wait for long time for doctor to come and check the kid.."

"Dr.Prasad has been my boys doctors since birth (10 years). The office has always seen them for sick visits on the same day or the next morning. Routine visits have always been easy to scedule. I have always been able to speak directly with a doctor when needed. The staff is warm, nice and professional. They are quick to scedule appointment, supply me with nessesary documents/records. I have never had any issues with billing. Dr. Prasad shows compassion for the boys concerns, and is able to quickly diagnose illnesses appropriately, even with limited symptoms. Dr.Prasad is highly knowledgeable in pediatrics. I would not trust my boys heath with anyone else."

"(No stars) I had an appointment with Dr. Deepa Mony, MD, FAAP for my both of my kids. She acted very rushed like she didn't have time for both of their appointments and attempted to walk out without assessing my son. She even told us "I'm spending a lot of time with you and I have other patients". My son has Autism and takes a little longer to evaluate, she said she understood after I noticed she wasn't acting appropriately with him. She was not patient with him at all and told me "he won't let me check so let's send him for an x-ray to check". She only tried for a couple of seconds and pushed my child's ABA away not wanting her help to get him to comply. She was also very rude when we asked her to slow down her speech or when I asked for clarification on why she was sending my 5 year old to get an x-ray. I had to remind her to finish the check up for my son, as she was trying leave, the reason we were in the office. This is the worst experience I have ever had at a pediatrician's office, she and the nurses were very unprofessional and rude."
