"Wife orders from here religiously and for the most part they're on point. I'd still prefer to come here than the new Chick-fil-A that just opened closer to home. HOWEVER I will say that our order is frequently missing items. Sugar and creamer doesn't get added to coffee, dipping sauce is missing, etc. Nothing huge but it does get annoying. Staff is friendly and manages the drive thru line like pros."

"I stopped here for breakfast and maybe I just got lucky, but this is the least busy Chic Fil A I’ve ever been in. The food was good. The restaurant was clean. There’s a play area for kids. It’s a little confusing how to get into the parking lot. You have to enter behind the building then drive around to the front, where the drive thru is exiting, to enter CFA’s parking lot. It gets a little congested there. I watched two vehicles run over the curb because they were trying to exit the drive thru while cars were entering the parking lot. Judging by the tire marks on that curb, this is probably pretty common. (See picture) I recommend this location."

"Thank you Ms. Lacey for helping honor an online order. I went through the drive-thru yesterday evening, but had to pull away and leave due to personal reasons, right after my payment was already taken through the app. I tried to cancel it but it didn’t give me the option. I called and explained to her earlier today that I had left without picking up my order at the window and she said that she would still fulfill it for me. Nothing like good ole Chick-fil-A customer service. THANK YOU MS. LACEY!"

"I have never had an issue at this location until they changed ownership. I chose to carry-out my order last week for 50 bonus points through the chick-fil-a app, BIG mistake. I watched as they gave my order to another person and I had to stand there even longer as they remade it. The staff was standing around having conversation instead of helping each other out. Then on top of that, I received the wrong food items and had to go back inside and wait again to receive the correct items. Everyone was walking around and nobody acknowledged me at the registers until I had to ask someone to help me. This week I came back and it wasn't even busy, but again I had to wait an increased amount of time compared to the previous ownership. I ordered nuggets and you can visibly see the grease. Not sure how much longer I will be visiting this location if this keeps up!"
