"I wish I could give zero stars. When I was pregnant with my son, I did so much research. I met with the doctor, I was impressed that he was the head of pediatrics at Upper Chesapeake (even though he stared at my chest during the entire meeting). Since I was delivering my son at the same hospital, I went with them. Huge mistake. They were fine up until my son was 2 weeks old and hardly cried but then on a Friday cried the entire morning and finally when I called them in the afternoon they told me it was probably gas. This child cried from Friday-Monday morning when they opened again. I brought him in and after testing he had baby acid reflux and needed a prescription. Had they checked him on Friday he wouldn't have screamed all weekend. As a new mother, you listen to these people who are supposed to steer you in the right direction. I absolutely called the doctor a lot, and each time I felt like rushed and a bother. When we would have our scheduled checkups, you would literally wait in the waiting room for over an hour. After a year of that nonsense, I called for an appointment and asked about the waiting situation and they literally told me "if you don't like waiting, go somewhere else". And somewhere else I went. We moved to a different pediatrician 7 years ago and it was the best decision I have made. They are never rude, or make you feel rushed. Where we go now is a total opposite of the feeling of this place."

"Lab work was drawn at wrong age. Then they Lost lab work for my infant who was supposed to have tests done ASAP for Johns Hopkins and waited 3 weeks to tell me we have to do it again because they “lost it in the mail”. Doctor Rhue literally LIED to my face about how long it takes for labs to be shipped and processed , with a red face and all. Went in for latch issue she didn’t even check for tonge ties. Front desk is very unprofessional and staff is unorganized. Made me wait over 30 minutes and over an hour on two separate occasions . I would NOT recommend this facility for your child to be cared for."

"I do love this place. Waiting time for me so far has been acceptable, 10-15 min which makes might be too much for some people but having worked with patients before myself, I know things are not always predictable! Dr Feldman has been my sons doctor for the past 8 months and he has been great so far. He explains everything to us and my sons loves him. I hope the pleasant experience continues in this facility"

"If you enjoy hour+ long wait times and total chaos then this is your place. Do not go here, totally unorganized. Staff incompetent."
