"The Dispatcher HUNG UP IN MY FACE.......TWICE!!!! I was in the middle of the conversation when I gave him the rate, he literally hung up! I tried calling back thinking it was a misconnection. NO ANSWER. I then called restricted and they answered. He heard my voice and HUNG UP AGAIN! If he wasnt happy with the rate, he could have simply said that OR negotiated the rate. This was immature and VERY unprofessional. I hope I never have to deal with this person somewhere in this industry again!"
