"Friendly, professional employees. Food up to usual good Chipotle standards, only one person in food prep for those in-store (another one busy pepping the carry out orders). Line was moving very slow and no other employees came to support food prep. All garbage cans were full, but this has become almost a staple at all Chipotles I’ve visited in the last 6 months so I can’t single out this location. Overall would still choose this location if I was going for Chipotle."
"So DO NOT go to this chipotle. Poor customer service!! First of all the manager at night time here sucks. My husband went there to order food at 9 pm when they close at 11. He was turned away because they said mobile orders only. So he tried to do one but it told him its too late so earliest pick up time is tomorrow. So now its starting to add up. That location does that because they are cleaning 2 hours before hand and dont want to work. So i called corporate and customer care and complained. I then tried calling their store twice to let them know and they hung up on me twice. So i went back to the store to let them know and the manager couldnt even come out of the office to speak with me and the little girl working there was laughing at me the whole time. Higher ups were called and i pray something happens because they pick and choose what nights they do mobile orders and dont. Because the other night we went in and was able to order food perfectly fine. So my guess is its a certain manager that does that. So this place sucks and i wouldnt recommend it"
"12/12/23. Haven't had many problems. It's Chipotle. Its to go. Lived here for years and get the same thing. I ask one thing JUST COOK THE RICE! Got two bowls to go. Ready on time. But I'm over here chewing GRAVEL for maybe the 3rd or 4th time. I swear I'm gonna chip a tooth as I try to floss it out. Always think it'll be better next time....and to my demise...COOK THE RICE PROPERLY. And don't tell me it's all fresh ingredients when I must be eating leftover rice from last week to just be rock solid."
"Long story short the worst chipotle experience Ive had. Management is always poor, in particular today the presumptive manager served me a bowl six pieces of steak thought it was fair and I asked for a even amount my total went from$13.10 to $21.86 and was forcibly charged for double steak lol. I said that I didn’t want that and they just stared then laughed and I have since brought my complaints to higher management and hope that entire staff is at the very least retrained on the line and hospitality."
"Updated review (July 26, 2023): I've always liked Chipotle and considered a step up from Taco Bell. I really liked the flavor combinations. My friend got me hooked on the burrito bowls. On my most recent visit, I had a bad experience. I got a veggie burrito bowl. Honestly, the food tasted fine for flavor but it didn't sit well with my stomach. I didn't eat much of it - probably about five or six bites of it. I stopped eating and thought I should leave. Less than five minutes later I was vomiting in my car and vomited a few additional times within the next hour or so. I'm pretty sure it was food poisoning. Out of morbid curiosity, I had put the food in the fridge to maybe revisit it as meal after I felt better. When heating it up and taking a few bites, the warning signs immediately returned that I was having a direct reaction to the food. I ended up throwing out about $12 of food, ultimately."
