"I am writing this to express my dissatisfaction with a recent customer service encounter at your establishment. During my visit, I was taken aback by the behavior of one of your customer service staff members. As someone who works in customer service myself, I make a conscious effort to approach situations with understanding and patience. However, the experience I encountered at your store was quite disappointing. While browsing your store with my wife, who was enamored by the unique offerings, I picked up a small toy from the shelf to show her. Subsequently, I carefully returned the item to the exact location where I found it. To my surprise, a staff member approached me and insisted on putting it back for me saying, "I will put it back for you." adopting a condescending tone throughout the interaction. I explained that I had already returned the item to its original place, unaware that it might not have been the designated spot. Despite my clarification, the staff continued to address me in a patronizing manner, stating, "Well, I'm just putting it back for you." This treatment was not only disrespectful but also greatly contrasting with the courteous service I have come to expect. Having never encountered such rudeness in customer service before. I believe in maintaining a positive and respectful approach in all customer interactions, and this experience fell short of those standards. I am extremely disappointed."

"I bought $60 worth of items yesterday and today I drove back to return a few items that I no longer wanted with my receipt. When I got there they said their machine was unable to make a return without returning everything and re buying what I wanted. THAT MADE NO SENSE and I lived far. I was not given store credit and was told I wasn’t even allowed to exchange the items? I will no longer be shopping here. Also, the cashiers were young teens making fun of people they were checking out. Super unprofessional."

"Everything is adorable but a lot of it is catered to adults who have adult spending money and like kawaii things. The kuromi, my melody, hello kitty and cinnamamroll figures featured at the front looked cute but were low quality and broke easily."

"I’ve seen this in Singapore. Surprised to see it at Tysons. It’s a Chinese copy of Daiso (Japanese) low-cost, variety store chain. Both sell cheap, low-quality items that really serve little purpose, other than to take your money on impulse buying. There is nothing worth buying here. This is a telltale sign of where Tysons is headed. Gone are some of the biggest retail names you can find in a quality mall. Now it’s beginning to be replaced by never-heard-of cheap retailers and tennis shoes and t-shirt shops. Only go there on weekdays during school season when the crowd is manageable, but never on weekends."
