"Abysmal customer service. The delivery team arrived to the location outside of our delivery window, which resulted in a rescheduling fee (even though this was due to their lack of communication/incompetence). Then, when you want to reschedule, the customer service team will leave you on hold for 30 minutes (or in my case 1 hour). I want to emphasize, we spent a large sum of $ on appliances and were treated as if we ordered a milkshake from McDonald's. The automated system needs to be revamped. Their automated system created a lot of confusion, because it would sent out 5 notifications about one order, and to a person we took off of the notifications (but this was never updated in their system). This created confusion with their delivery team(AJ Madison), and our guys onsite. We will not be recommending AJ Madison to any of our clients based on this experience that has spanned over months."

"I spent over $50k for high end appliances. I returned one oven and they only gave me a partial refund claiming that they already paid me in full. Even tho I have email proofs. They are now ignoring me and refusing to pay me my refund. GO ELSEWHERE!!!! Company is actually based out of NY. Response: There is no calculation. I cancelled the delivery, your company acknolwedged cancellation and refund should be made for the cancelled appliance. Your company clearly trying to not return my funds and shows bad faith. I will do whatever I can to get my refund back and write as many reviews and contact as many consumer protection agencies. Based on all these reviews, your company has set a precedent to provide bad service. Follow Up: They have ignored State Attorney responses and although they sound sincere in their response on here, they continue to not pay me back. They violated their own policy not providing refund in form of payment made so I still have yet to see my refund. Before you buy from here, you can contact me directly, it is not worth the hassle there are plenty of other dealers for your appliance needs!"

"Worst company to buy appliance. After sell sales consultant Aaron ghosted me, he sold me on by working with a store rep you have access to a person who will follow your order through the process to keep you updated and informed throughout the process. That was a lie ! After payment was collected I heard nothing else from him I had to call Customer service to arrange delivery only to learn the Refrigerator was backordered. When I finally was able to speak to someone at the store they made him call me back he told me it was pointless to reach out and tell me the item was backordered due to no expected delivery timeframe. Im sure he knew it was backordered prior to letting me pay for refrigerator. The delivery team also sucked they simply left the dishwasher in the middle of my kitchen floor and didn't unpack to allow me to inspect for and damages. This has been the most unprofessional purchase experience. If the sales reps are too busy to reach out to customers than a Customer Service rep she be able to do so to assist for a better Customer Service Experience."

"Having had a terrific experience buying our washer and dryer through AJ Madison in 2020 when we went shopping for appliances for our kitchen, in early July, we went to the Tyson's Corner showroom. There we met Adrian, and he helped us with our initial selections, which we paid for that day. Initially, things were fine. We had to change some of our requests, and was all going smoothly until it came time for delivery and installation. AJ Madison's communication about when it would happen was poor: Adrian simply disappeared, not answering emails or phone messages. We had to get someone else to take over the order. The delivery and installation are all done by contractors, and the communication between these outfits and AJ Madison fell apart. Moreover, we had ordered -- and paid for -- a range that was in stock. When it came time for delivery, it was on back order. We cancelled that part of the order and got it elsewhere. Because of poor communication and items on back order that Adrian had claimed were in stock, our delivery and install were delayed by nearly two weeks. There was no excuse for this. We will not do business with AJ Madison again."

"I started working with Adrian at AJ Madison last year for a house build. Through the whole process, Adrian and team have been nothing but a resource of knowledge, helpful, and were committed to working with us through the entire journey. Adrian's customer service was top notch. Not only did Adrian pick up the phone every single time I called, and answer my emails in a timely manner, he helped walk me through decisions based on requirements. His attention to detail was spot on when picking out products for our space - and offered his knowledgeable opinion - which I really appreciated. Thanks to Adrian and his team, we know we have chosen the correct appliances for our home and will definitely come back to AJ Madison for our future appliance needs. Thank you!"
