"We went to this store to purchase a top of the line iPhone. We discovered that any dollar store will show you more respect than this Apple Store. To preface: 1. The immediate staff member attending to our sale of an iPhone 15 Pro Max was VERY helpful and respectful. So a thank you to him! He was great! 2. We were respectful to all, waited our turn, said thank you multiple times to the person supporting and we came to the store at a reasonable time (multiple others came after us). We asked for what we needed politely. Things seem to go fine to a point, but everything went downhill when the supervisor randomly assigned our support person elsewhere MID TRANSACTION while he was helping us (?) and in a loud, authoritative tone informed us (in essence- not paraphrasing) that we're not a priority because some important delivery was arriving at the store. We did not respond to this person. Perhaps because we were too stunned that this even happened and it took a moment to digest it. You are also kind of dependent when your old phone is erased and you're waiting on the next step (!!) The supervisor told the employee helping us that she would cover for him in the meantime. But she in fact sat at the end of the table we were at, never getting up even once to help us knowing all along that we were mid-transaction and needed support to complete it. The phone had cycled through what it needed to and WE were in a holding pattern, not the phone. She actively sought to cause us inconvenience. If that was not enough, she then started engaged in idle chat with other employees as they passed by in a deliberate attempt to convey the message that she was not going to do a thing for us. It was not work-related talk with them either- it was about movies and idle matters, loud so everyone heard it. We couldn't leave the store without the purchase because we were too far along. Finally the original representative came back and helped us. So much for that. What a disrespectful and thankless experience. It completely ruined the iPhone purchase experience. And we paid money for this customer "disservice"? Apple if you are reading this, please do something to fix your store."
"Wow, what a shock. After my experience tonight I highly recommend not going to this store. They took my money and old device and practically threw us out of the store before the transfer completed. I keep asking myself why do I feel like I just bought a used car. No insult intended to the good used car salespeople. After buying the latest and greatest iPhone 15 Pro Max, spending well over $1400 we were thrown to the side and told by the manager (apparently) directing others in the store around including the one person who was trying to help us to do other things. The transfer from the old device to the new device seemed stuck. Even now two hours later we're not sure what made it and what didn't as most of the apps are greyed out and only allow for pausing when they are clicked. Her words to us "We aren't going to rush you but we can't start some after-hours training activity until you leave." She then provided no assistance and sat ominously at the end of the table bantering with and directing others in the store. Absolutely NO help. Even after we bought AppleCare which we weren't provided any information about. Even if iPhones were the greatest smartphones ever in the world the experience in this store has completely demolished any thoughts of what customer service I expect from Apple. I'm sure many put the latest Samsung and Google devices well ahead of them. Any thought I had of switching camps is Long Gone. Consider yourself warned. I certainly hope this is one bad store. Mostly I wouldn't wish this experience on Anyone else."
"Extremely slow waited 25 minutes past appointment time to get served despite others arriving after and getting service. No one at door to greet you like other stores leading to hunting for an associate. Even the appearances seem off. When did leaving combs in your hair count as work-appropriate?"
"I went to the Apple Store over the weekend because my phone kept shutting off and I needed a new battery. I arrived early for my appointment and was immediately helped by Milli! He was extremely polite and helpful! Literally have no idea what the bad reviews are here for!"
"my friend bought a phone here yesterday and we have to give a shout out to Marianna. she was so sweet and helpful, best customer service ever. made her day (to the point where I also got to hear how wonderful she was yesterday)"
