"Dr. Rao presented one of the worst bedside manners of any doctor my family has visited lately. The office staff, while most are polite, have exhibited post COVID-19 attitudes where they present as doing you a favor. It's not just this practice, it's Healthcare providers in general. I get the stress over the past 2 years - no excuse. Go find a new job. It's a shame the practice that Dr. Shuster built over the years where they actually cared about their patients has turned to this... Who tells a patient "you figure it out" when you are the "expert"? Patients are just as frustrated as you and while no excuses, patients between young adult and adult can't express themselves well. Yet Dr. Rao said "you can see a pediatrician as long as you want". As soon as we can find an "adult" practice accepting new patients, my family is gone from Opal Court Pediatrics. I will also ensure sharing our experience with everyone I come in contact. Do no harm... perhaps some doctors need to review the Hippocratic Oath."
