"On multiple occasions my son was misdiagnosed and in less then 24 hours was properly diagnosed by our local pediatric urgent care. 100% would recommend urgent care for results. Not here. How do you tell someone "it looks like it's starting to be an ear infection just come back when it's worse" to a parent and think that's okay? On multiple occasions they have failed to call in the prescription promised and after 3 days. After their after hours nurse did the job they couldn't on day one. It is sent in and filled....long story short. If you want your child in safe, caring hands, and results to get your child better, go elsewhere.."

"Love Dr.Tara! She is truly the best! We moved from robinwood to here just for her. Front desk staff was nice and very friendly. Helped me alot when trying to schedule my daughter in such short notice with the switch"

"As a girl with fragile mental health, dependent on her antidepressants to make sure she doesn’t spiral out of control, they sure don’t seem to care about me or my mental health. Only try to make a quick buck off me. They have a policy that they can only give so many refills for an SSRI before you need to go in for a checkup. Last refill I was given only 30 when I normally receive 90. When I called to book an appointment, lo and behold they were more than 30 days booked out. Basically leaving me to go through withdrawal symptoms until they get the money they want from me. I’ve been fine my last 7 checkups and yet they still need “just one more to make sure I’m okay and can continue my medication.” They are holding their psychiatric patients hostage with their SSRI medication refill policy, and it is down right cruel. If you’re anyone who needs any sort of behavioral medication or treatment, don’t go here, they won’t care about you. Only your wallet."

"If I could, I would give you zero stars or minus 5. I called and asked if it was possible to enroll the children in your office, the lady said that there was no problem and that you were open to new patients. Then, for the next 10-15 minutes, we confirmed all the data and went to the children's health questions. I said that one of the daughters currently has some problems that I would like to discuss with the doctor (skipping over details here). Then the lady told me to stay on the line because she had to ask something. After some time she came back and in an uncertain voice she said that she would call me back with a decision whether they were really open to new patients - children! I already felt there was something wrong with you and this office! Of course, no one called me, so I already knew what the decision was. After all, I decided to call after 2 weeks to hear it with my own ears and confirm your incompetence! Of course I was right. Apparently no one called me because I gave the wrong phone number - nonsense! Secondly, you are not accepting new children - nonsense! After all, I advise against everyone an office that sorts children for better and worse, easy and more difficult to treat! Shame!"
