"This is a wonderful family medical practice! My entire family goes here- each of us seeing a different physician or nurse practioner, so I can speak for the entire office. Shannon Hartman, CRNP has always been attentive to my every need, personal, and non-judgmental. Considering Shannon only works in this office one day a week, I also have seen Dr. Ciccarelli, who is always available to call you back during the day or even after hours to make sure that your medical needs are well taken care of. She genuinely cares about the patients in her practice, which you can see through the personal relationships she maintains with them by always being welcoming and treating them like family. This is one of the many benefits of going to a quaint and charming doctor’s office. Aurielle is a physicians assistant at the practice that has always been very knowledgeable regarding diagnoses and medications- she’s quick in response when you inquire about any issues or test results too (huge plus)! In addition, my fiancé sees Dr. Worsley and has always raved about his visits with her. He normally has anxiety when it comes to going to the doctors, but that’s not the case here! By the way, if you happen to see the little shitzu roaming down the hallway, give her a pat on the head. She’s just a sweet old pup that isn’t harming anybody. My favorite part about going to the dentist as a child was the English Sheepdog that you could always count on being in the office... it’s refreshing to go to a doctor’s office today that isn’t corporate, maintains personal relationships with their patients, and makes the office feel like home!"
"I see Dr. Worsley... she’s the best. I didn’t go to the doctor’s regularly before finding her as my primary provider. She actually cares about her patients and their wellbeing. In response to other reviews on here, the office has always seemed clean to me. I’ve even seen the cleaning lady come in on multiple occasions as I’ve been leaving my appointments. I always get the last appointment of the day since I have to be at work early in the morning which is probably why I’ve crossed paths with her more than once. They’re always great about getting me in when I need an appointment last minute as well."
"First, I'd like to clear up some of what I have read on other reviews. There are no "dog bowls in the treatment rooms", and it is not "based out of a home". There is sometimes a very small dog who is in the waiting room or office area, but it is no bother and certainly isn't spreading anything (and seeing it is rare). Next. It is not based out of a home; however, it is a home that has been converted...very well I might add... into a physician's office, and a very clean one at that. The doctors are attentive, helpful, and non-judgmental. They take their time with each patient, while still being mindful of those waiting. The "student" is a Physicians Assistant who is very capable and intelligent and absolutely knows what she is doing. When she first arrived, yes, the Dr asked the patient if it is ok if she is in the treatment room as well, you are more than welcome to decline that offer if it concerns you. That being said, the only issue I have ever had is not being able to get in same day with an illness. This issue is probably due to the combination Dr to patient ratio and the hours of availability (which is the only reason a 4 star not a 5). They are a wonderful office and this popularity has its issues; the upside is they are growing in staff of Dr's and PA's. If you are looking for a personable office with the feel of being at home with friends, this is your place. Personally, I prefer this to the stuffy, rude, overcrowded dirty dr offices at meritus where you may or may not have the same dr from one visit to the next. But...to each his own and everyone needs to find the Dr and office that works them."
"Dr. Jamie Worsley is incredible! She is very polite and very attentive. There was no feeling of being rushed during my appointment, she took her time going over things with me and made sure that I did not have any further questions or concerns before I left the office. I would strongly recommend this office to anyone who is looking for a new primary care physician."
"Don't trust this office at all!!!!!! It is based out of a home and they don't follow proper cleaning and disinfecting procedures. I have an 18 month old who has only been to this office in the past 2 months and has picked up the chickenpox and impetigo from his visits. I have seen a dog bowl in the treatment rooms. They also have a medical student that they are more worried about teaching her than actually explaining things to you. The receptionist is pretty rude as well and not very bright she doesn't know how to do her job a lot of the time which is also very annoying. Go somewhere else!!!"
