"If you are looking for an attentive responsive provider this is NOT the practice for you. The communication is terrible, they are beyond difficult to get a hold of. They often cancel appointments, are running behind and take days to call back about questions or concerns. No one seems to know what time they actually open and you can call multiple times a day and never speak to a person. The one nurse there has zero bedside manner, she cannot keep numbers straight will enter weights, temps etc wrong and then argue that you heard her wrong initially. I have been waiting days for my records to be transferred to another provider and today is the day of the appointment and they still have not received my records, called again and guess what no one is answering the phones. This practice lives up to the horrible meritus reputation."

"My husband had recently been in the emergency room and was still suffering from extreme unrelenting back and leg pain while waiting on the chance to get in to see a neurosurgeon. I called to make an appointment with this office and the staff was very kind, understanding, and helpful on the phone. I felt a sense of calm when I walked in to the office. It was Halloween and the entire crew was dressed up and full of cheer. Because of our situation, I was feeling very low and depressed, but their cheer actually helped my spirits rise a bit, even in such difficult circumstances. My husband was in such tremendous pain that he couldn't sit in a chair... he could barely stand up or walk. The staff was very efficient and courteous to our needs by allowing me to check him in while he laid in the back of our car until he could be taken straight back to the exam room for his appointment. I am so grateful to everyone at this office for your kindess, patience, genuine concern, and smiles today. You were an answer to our prayers. I'd recommend you to anyone."
