"Too much for a 695 Sq ft unit! I moved to PA from out of state, so apt shopping from afar was challenging. Belmont Ridge seemed reasonably priced and has the in unit washer/ dryer, so I moved there in 2021 with monthly rate of $1065. By renewal lease for 2023, rent had skyrocketed to $1270. I get that costs of living are high in this economy, but as I started visiting other communities I found rates for similar Sq ft and amenities to be more in the range of $900-$1000. Also, don't expect to get any of your deposit back."

"I did not rent here but considered it and got in contact with them. They replied to me ASAP (business hours) and were willing to go over different details of the apartment and were very transparent. I appreciate that and their kindness!"
"I lived here for 1.5 years. When picking the apartment for rent, we decided to go with one without upgraded appliances because it was ~$75 cheaper. The water bill went up twice when we lived there, to $95/month. Rent was raised 12.5% from 2022 to 2023. Pros: the maintenance team is absolutely incredible, and fixed every problem we had without issue. The gym was convenient, even if the equipment was sometimes broken down. The location to everything was also convenient. Snow removal was timely. Cons: Pricing & parking. When moving in, we moved from 5+ hours away. We could tell they do not deal with "out of town" tenants much. Our cars have also been dented from children playing around them."
"Maintenance and on-site staff is great but management company does little to nothing to support residents. Rent goes up by $75 per year regardless of the economy and they constantly send you notices that you’re violating noise ordinance when the Monroeville noise ordinance is very clearly doesn’t start until 10 PM."
