"I called this office to become a patient because my Dr is closing his practice...I left a voicemail...no one ever called me back...I called again today and she answered and I asked why no one called back and she said the voicemail wasn't working...I proceeded to tell her I was a new patient and wanted to make an appointment...she asked what insurance I had and I said Medicare and Cigna...she said the dr doesn't take either of those insurances...I got pissed and I said I've never heard of a Dr NOT accepting Medicare..I called Medicare and they said she DOES accept Medicare and it is even on their website!!!... these people in this office are IDIOTS!!!... IF I COULD RATE NO 0s I would!!!!"
