Peet's Coffee

"We've been coming to Peet's since they took over the old Caribou Coffee location about 10 years ago. A number of the staff have been there for a long time. They know me, they know my husband. Neither of us can drink decaf and on the occasions I've messed up ordering ahead on the app, they've actually held my order to verify that is what I wanted (thank you!!!). We love that their drinks aren't sickly sweet like Starbucks is. Their iced drinks aren't 95% ice and 5% drink like SB is. The staff is wonderful, friendly and easy to talk to. They've rotated through various food vendors over the years, but all have been great in my eyes. One request please! I wish they could bring back a few prepackaged items (fruit, cheese sticks, applesauce pouches) for me and my kiddo."

"Simply put: better than Starbucks in almost every way. Instead of following trends and frequently changing their menu, Peet's sticks to classics they know how to do really well and nails them each time. I haven't ordered a bad food item from here. Some drinks weren't as sweet as I expected, but I just added sugar. The service is welcoming and friendly."

"I just got a coffee at Peet’s and I have to compliment the service. I didn’t like my order and asked the young man if I can have something different instead. He politely agreed and quickly made me a substitute drink. In this day and age I feel like kind and considerate customer service is difficult to come by so I just wanted to take a couple minutes and share my gratitude and appreciation!"

"Peet’s are almost everywhere. It’s almost like Starbucks in that I feel like I see them all the time. Obviously they aren’t quite to the bux level but hopefully you get what I’m saying. So albeit, we saw a Peet’s nearby again, and wanted a coffee and snack to take to the pool with us, and since neither of us had tried it we thought to have a go. I liked the atmosphere, but the product wasn’t quite as successful. My chai latte was decent- warm (but not hot) and did the job. I’ve definitely had better at other places- this one was just kind of plain and almost a little watered down. My cinnamon scone was about the same. It tasted nice but just again was pretty average and nothing to excite over."

"Great coffee--way better than Starbucks. This place was very busy, and the line moved a bit slowly. But the place was clean, and the baristas were friendly. Also, there is a great, dedicated outdoor seating area for good weather. It would be great if Pete's allowed people who want simple drip coffee to help themselves."
