"I would like to thank Ms. Natasha Todd and Ms. Sarah McCleary for making my move to the Holiday Park Apartments and Townhomes Community a bit easier. Moving is always difficult, so I am very grateful! They helped fix some little things that needed to be taken care of, and provided emotional support that I needed in these trying times. To show my appreciation and respect for Natasha and Sarah I wrote (with a little help of my friends, ChatGPT4 and DALL-E 3) the two poems below. To Ms. Natasha Todd, Assistant Property Manager: Ms. Natasha Todd is a Manager who cares, She runs the Holiday Park Apartments with flair, She is efficient and warm, with exceptional work ethic, She is always on top of things, never hectic. She is always ready to help and support, She treats her tenants and staff with respect and rapport. She is a leader who inspires and motivates, She is a person who everyone appreciates! To Ms. Sarah McCleary, Administrative Assistant: Ms. Sarah McCleary is more than an Office Assistant, She works at Holiday Park Apartments with persistence, She is hard working, charming, and tenacious, She makes things work with her skills and graciousness. She adores the office with her presence and smile, She attracts new tenants with her charm and style. She is a valuable member of the Team, She is a star that always shines bright and gleam!"

"I’ve lived at Holiday Park Apartments for almost 2 years and really love living here. Natasha in the office is fantastic, provides great customer service, and is so friendly and kind and willing to help. Along with the rest of the staff and maintenance there. Couldn’t ask for better, more prompt property management. And can’t beat the location, 5 minutes to parkway get anywhere in Pittsburgh in like 25 minutes. And it’s super quiet here which I love too, insulation between townhouses is so good I never hear my next door neighbors, and no noise from the road traffic or any noisy neighbors. They offer a free 1 year membership to the local YMCA which I took full advantage of and still workout there many times a week. I recommend anyone looking for a rental in this area to go straight to Holiday Park Apartments. A huge THANK YOU to Natasha, staff, and maintenance for all you guys do to make it a nice, welcoming place for us to live!"

"I have rented from HP apartments for many years now. Nice townhomes to live in, very spacious. Location is perfect. Sarah in the office is very nice and professional to work with. Highly recommend"

"I lived on Logans Ferry Road. The bathroom is very outdated. Typical cheap place with 18 coats of paint on the wall bare bones minimum to just keep up appearances. They expect premium rent for lipstick on a pig. When I moved out they stole my security depsoit for a bunch of bogus reasons you cant prove or disprove. If you ask around I would imagine a lot of other former tenants have similar stories. They are liars I wouldnt live here. If you like the area call a competitor there are enough in the area where you shouldnt have to settle for this."
