"The house we bought was listed with Donna Welsh. When we went to the open house she was super nice to us till we told her our budget. Than she was very rude to us than told us to have a nice day her client wouldn’t be interested in our offer. Well we ended up having the best offer on the table and purchased the home. The outdoor furniture was to be included and when we closed on the house the outdoor furniture was missing and needless to say the home owners moved out of state and had no idea the furniture was missing. Now we are a little over a month of being in our home. And we need to file a claim for the dishwasher. When I called the company today they had no record of our name or info. Our agent did some research and we were told today the agent never filed the home warranty papers. Bottom line Donna is a horrible agent and I would NEVER recommand her to even someone I dislike. She’s very shady and doesn’t do her job."
