"Mold in bathroom so bad I didn’t take a shower. Broken tiles with sharp edges on floor. Fan in bathroom didn’t work. Pictures still show pool, pool hasn’t been open for years. Have stayed here probably 20 times over the years to visit family, this will be our last stay here."
"If there was an option for ZERO! Stars I would recommend zero, absolutely worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Beds was uncomfortable actually made my back hurt! Shower quit working. Glad I didn’t have time to even watch tv, cause it didn’t work. And to top it off! Saturday night of our two day stay someone falsely pulled the fire alarm at 2am and had to wait outside for a hour in the cold, desk attendant says after 30 minutes it was ok to go back in and as soon as that was said the fire dept pulls in and I said desk attendant said it was ok to return, he says absolutely not. What just a piss poor place, I wouldn’t even recommend this place to the sewer rats"
"I've stayed here when Jennifer,Tara and Marsha had their names behind it. And I've come to realize one thing. It don't matter who runs the place! The Owner is lazy and cheap. After reading the reviews below and the one left from myself it seems to me the community LIKES to point their finger at what's visible. But nothing has changed. Every time the staff was polite and helped as much as they could. I wish I had the owners personal number Because he/she definitely get an ear full. IT DON'T MATTER HOW OR WHO RUNS IT. You don't give proper material for it to be ran right. It don't matter how many times you change the name if you got the same LAZY, unwilling to spend owner your going to keep getting trash. The place smells of mold! Let me guess it's the workers fault¿? Beds are as old as the building!! Shame on the workers. Floor tiles move as you walk on them. Elevator is a joke. When I stayed last week the worker was more interested in his phone. And don't blame workers that didn't show up for not having rooms to sale. The gentleman behind the desk could've put his phone down and cleaned one. This is a pass the buck, blame it on someone else business. I heard them speaking horribly about the last lady who ran it. But she was busy every time I was there. I just laughed at him and shook my head as I was walking out. The audacity to speak of someone who isn't there to defend. A little hard work never hurts anyone. PUT YOUR PHONE DOWN AND STOP POINTING FINGERS YOU HAVE A HOTEL TO SELL."
"This hotel is not for me, there's dental floss that's left on the shower wall, soap left from the previous people, the ceiling is peeling, the floor is soaked from the air conditioner leaking. We were told after checking in that we were in abc room. Went to that room, the key opened the door, and someone was in that room already and they were obviously very concerned about us walking into their room. The next room our key didn't work at all. The third room we were given finally worked. We were told if we didn't book third party initially we would have been reimbursed some, they have less control of the room if you book third party, like we did from expedia. I'm not asking for anything back I just wanted a safe and clean place for my kids at the end of the day."
"Booked queen room. After key didn't work twice, was told room not available and should not have been booked. Was offered a suite. There was no mattress on the pullout couch! Then they gave us a rollaway bed! This hotel is being renovated. It should be closed and reopened after completion. The breakfast was decent and location is near shopping. Staff friendly but some not dressed professionally, i.e, Capri pants and tank top."
